Achievers Media, organisers of African Achievers Award, one of the biggest gathering of prominent and influential leaders of African continent, in its 8th edition held at United Kingdom House of Parliament on July 5, 2018 honoured Mrs Chinze Ojobo with the 2018 African Creative Artist of the year award.
Chinze Ojobo, founder KultureKode ArtHub and President, Female Artist Association of Nigeria (FEAAN) was elated with the presentation of the award which shows the level of appreciation and recognition of creative artists and art works and the positive impacts in which creative artists have used in promoting and depicting core values in Africa.
The event was hosted by Rt. Hon Dianne Abott, current Shadow Home Secretary, United Kingdom and was chaired by Susan Fajana Thomas, former Mayor of the London Borough of Hackney.
Other honorees of the 2018 awards include; Vice President of Liberia, Senator Jewel Taylor, Ghanian businessman and Industrialist, Ibrahim Mahama, Mo Abudu, Bogolo Kenewendo, Yakubu Dogara and 16 other African leaders that has added value in their different fields of life.
Past Honorees of the award include Arch Bishop Desmond Tutu, Nelson Mandela Foundation, Jakaya Kiwete (Fmr. President of Tanzania), Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and many other African influential persons or groups that has added value to humanity and Africa.
